REFUND POLICY

At FUNDMENOW FX, all transactions are final and non-refundable. Once virtual funding has been transferred to your Simulated Forex trading account, you are responsible for all trading activities and any profits or losses incurred.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. Dissatisfaction with trading results
2. Technical difficulties or interruptions
3. Unauthorized access to your Simulated trading account
4. Errors or omissions in trading activities
5. Any other reason

After you have successfully completed Stage one of the Challenge and proceeded to the funded phase you will receive a refund of the initial sign up fee with your first monthly withdrawal and after completing the KYC verification process. Your sign-up fee will not be refunded until you have generated sufficient profits for a withdrawal. In case of a false dispute, you will get banned from our services including but not limited to: Platform, Website, Social Media sites, Newsletter.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

By accepting virtual funding from FUNDMENOW FX, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable.
